Description
What makes our taramas special is the origin and consistent quality of the cod roe used. These roe come from wild cod caught by small boats in the cold, pure waters of Iceland, guaranteeing optimum quality and incomparable flavour.
Serving suggestions :
Place the tarama on toast, warm blini or pita bread and serve with a little lemon, crème fraîche or chopped chives, according to taste.
