Statutory 15 day return delay
You dispose of a 15 day delay after delivery of your order to return it to us, in its original packing, and obtain a full refund.
During this delay, the guarantee is total : no justification will be required.
For all pre paid articles returned to us, the following rules apply :
- the parcel is returned without having been opened : full refund of goods and shipping charges
- the product is returned simply because you are not satisfied : refund of goods and outward shipping, return shipping at your charge
- the product is returned for reasons that are the responsibility of Comtesse du Barry : total refund of goods and all shipping charges

We take all steps to ensure that our products and services give full satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied we propose to replace or refund the items concerned. No product will be replaced or reimbursed after expiration of the sell by date.
